Responsibilities: Executive Secretary and Administrative Assistant Job in Bahrain
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the overall efficiency of the office.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule meetings, and warmly welcome and assist visitors.
- Undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Coordinate and prioritize administrative projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communication, including phone, email, and mail.
- Collaborate with the team, undertaking organizational and communication tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment by performing preventive maintenance, arranging repairs, and keeping equipment inventories up-to-date.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Contribute to the team’s success by achieving related results as required.
