We’re Hiring Property Supervisor (Male, Indian Nationality)
We are looking for a Male Property Supervisor (Indian Nationality Only) with prior experience in property management. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and ready to handle day-to-day property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collecting and depositing rent on time
– Coordinating maintenance and repair work
– Purchasing materials as needed
– Preparing and maintaining vacant flats for new tenants
– Regular inspection and follow-up on all managed properties
– Coordinating with reception for tenant move-in and move-out procedures
– Ensuring smooth operations of all assigned residential or commercial units
Requirements:
– Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
– Previous experience in a similar role is required
– Indian nationality – Male only
– Good communication and organizational skills
