Description:
Position: Graphic Designer and Printing Operator
We are looking for a motivated individual with both creative and technical skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design customer artworks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
– Communicate with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide creative solutions.
– Prepare and adjust files for high-quality printing.
– Operate and maintain professional printing machines (experience with large-format printers is a plus).
– Assist in daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Strong background in graphic design with proven knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
– Previous experience in printing operations and handling printing equipment.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills — ability to engage with clients and translate their ideas into print-ready designs.
– Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
– Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-format printing and finishing (cutting, laminating, binding).
Knowledge of print production processes and color management.
Previous work in a print shop or similar environment.
