Machine Operator CNC, Laser, Printing and Channel Letter Bending
Location : Riffa, Bahrain
Description:
We are looking for a versatile Machine Operator capable of running multiple signage production machines. The candidate must have hands-on experience operating CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO₂ Laser, Eco-Solvent Printers, UV Printers, Plotter Cutters, and Channel Letter Bending Machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain:
CNC Router (2D/3D cutting)
Fiber Laser (metal cutting)
CO₂ Laser (acrylic & non-metal cutting)
Eco-Solvent Printers & UV Printers
Plotter Cutting Machines
Channel Letter Bending Machine & Press Brake
Load materials and ensure correct thickness, feed rates, and tool selection.
Prepare machine settings based on artwork provided by the design team.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration for consistent output quality.
Inspect produced items for accuracy, alignment, and finishing quality.
Manage production timelines and daily machine logs.
Follow safety procedures for tools, chemicals, and electrical equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of materials used in signage manufacturing.
Basic experience with Illustrator/print-ready files is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
