Hiring !! Housekeeping Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain guest rooms and public areas.
✔ Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
✔ Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
✔ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
✔ Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks effectively.
✔ Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
✔ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
(hospitality preferred).
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
✔ Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
✔ Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
✔ Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
