We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations while supporting employee management in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff attendance, timekeeping, and leave records.
Handle GOSI registration, updates, and related documentation.
Process LMRA (Labor Market Regulatory Authority) matters including visas, renewals, and work permits.
Coordinate with Tamkeen for employee programs, support, and applications.
Manage employee ticketing (joining, annual, and exit tickets).
Handle staff uniforms distribution, tracking, and inventory.
Maintain and update employee records using the Odoo system.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor laws.
Assist management with HR-related issues and employee relations.
Handle pressure and multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
β Requirements:
Previous experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR/Admin role (preferably in F&B or hospitality).
Strong experience with staff attendance management.
Good knowledge of GOSI, LMRA, and Tamkeen procedures.
Experience in handling employee ticketing and uniforms.
Proficient in using Odoo HR system or similar HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Professional attitude and high level of confidentiality.
