Acountant (HVAC Contracting Company)
Location : Manama, Bahrain
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our HVAC contracting company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, experience in contracting or construction sectors, and familiarity with local regulations in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, general ledger)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client accounts
- Monitor project costs, budgeting, and profitability
- Prepare payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Manage VAT filing and compliance as per Bahrain regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting Tally software
- Strong understanding of Bahrain VAT and financial regulations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
