Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee work performance and provide guidance as needed.
- Oversee the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Implement and enforce office protocols to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare and review operational reports and assist in budget compilation.
- Maintain company policies and procedures manuals.
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.

- Proven work experience of 1-2 years as an operations manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is a must.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
- Immediate availability or within a 15-day notice period.
- Age between 21-30 years old.
- Unmarried with a good appearance and great personality.

- Negotiable, with a minimum of 400 BHD.
