Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial health and operations, including:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Financial Reporting
• Cash Flow Management and Treasury
• Budgeting and Cost Control
• Risk Management
• Tax Planning and Compliance
• Strategic Financial Management
• Leadership and Team Management
• Compliance and Corporate Governance
• Internal & External Auditing

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
