We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker / Pastry Chef to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and pastry arts, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality baked goods. This role involves creating a variety of pastries and desserts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts, following established recipes and techniques.
• Ensure all products are consistently delicious, visually appealing, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and fulfilling special orders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, Cake Maker, or Croissant Maker.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Creativity and innovation, with the ability to develop unique and exciting flavor combinations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of baking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred, but not required.
