Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Demie Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our fast-paced and family-oriented kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory management
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Culinary qualification or relevant certification is a plus
- Visa eligibility in Bahrain
