Job Description:
We are seeking a Driver Cum Supervisor for a manual minibus in our cleaning services company. Candidates should have experience in the cleaning industry and be based locally in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a manual minibus to transport cleaning staff and equipment to various locations
- Supervise cleaning operations and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the minibus
- Coordinate with cleaning team members and ensure adherence to schedules
- Assist in training new cleaning staff and monitoring their performance
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Bahraini driver’s license with experience in driving a manual minibus
- Previous experience in a cleaning services company is preferred
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate tasks
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
