We are urgently hiring for the positions of Barista and Front of House for our newly established bakery in Bahrain. We are looking for versatile individuals who are customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role involves crafting specialty coffee beverages, managing cashier transactions, assisting with inventory tasks, and participating in product preparations to ensure a delightful experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Barista and Front of House Job in Bahrain

Coffee Preparation:

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistent quality.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Adhere to recipe standards and follow proper preparation procedures.

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory items.
• Monitor and replenish coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as required.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Communicate inventory needs to the management team promptly.

Product Preparation:

• Participate in minor baking preparations, including measuring and mixing ingredients.
• Ensure baked goods are prepared and ready for customer service at the beginning of shifts.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Keep workspaces clean and organized, including coffee preparation and customer service areas.
• Regularly clean coffee machines, equipment, and utensils following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications: Barista and Front of House Job in Bahrain

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
