Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality.
- Plan menus and create new recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to portion control and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to prepare various Indian dishes such as curries, biryanis, tandoori items, etc.
