Description:

We are looking for an Office Lady to efficiently provide office assistance to the Administration departments in school and its visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Work:

  • File office documents as instructed.
  • Photocopy and fax documents.

Pantry Management:

  • Make coffee/tea for office staff and guests.
  • Maintain/replenish pantry supplies.
  • Arrange delivery of office and pantry supplies and place them in stock cabinets.
  • Handle pantry equipment and maintain cleanliness.

Office Assistance:

  • Organize and maintain records as per instructions.
  • Receive mail and file documents.
  • Photocopy and fax documents.
  • Deliver documents to offices within the SSC building.
  • Ensure proper distribution/dispatch of mail/postage.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Office Cleanliness and Orderliness:

  • Open and close the office premises before arrival and after departure of staff during office hours where applicable.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
  • Report unclean areas to the concerned person to raise complaints to cleaners.
