Operations Supervisor,

We are a leading provider of comprehensive waste management, offering services such as garbage collection, recycling pickup and dumpster rental.

Job Description:

• Cold calling new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Obtain new business from existing and new customers
• Respond to emails and Act upon customers’ requests.
• Analyzing customer data basis and creating a road plan.
• Solve issues arising from customers’ complaints.
• Receiving client calls between 7:00am-10:00pm 6 days per week.
• Cross checking the quantities at the time of offloading
• Manage all the company vehicles maintenance and regular servicing.
• Performs other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.

Requirements

• 5 years relevant experience in Business Management
• BA or Diploma degree
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Holds Valid Manual Driving license
