Description:
As leaders, sales supervisors are generally responsible for identifying where training is needed and providing it, mentoring sales reps, and assigning sales territories . Their role also includes creating sales plans and analyzing data in order to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- • Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Must Have: Sales Corporate Sales Supervisor Job In Bahrain
- • Relevant experience of 5 years and above in B2B and trading with retail supermarkets and hypermarkets experience.
- • Knowledge of the local market.
- • Available in Bahrain for a physical interview.
- • Relevant certification in the same field.
