Description: We Are Hiring For Boat Captains

Specific Job Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet the guests once they enter the premises and explain available menu items and boat ride charges.
• Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
• Take orders for food or beverages with smart suggestions to take to their boat ride.
• Inform customers of daily/weekend specials.
• Prepare side orders and drinks for guests and serve them with food products if needed.
• Serve food and/or beverages to guests; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables if required.
• Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems while on the boat ride.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes if needed.
• Remove dishes and glasses from boats’ tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Clean tables and/or boats after guests have finished dining.
• Refill condiments in the condiment station and take away the counter of the boats.
• Answer the telephone calls and take delivery orders with suggestive selling if needed.
• Help waiters/kitchen staff in case required.
• Prepare boats tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Follow the directions of the shift in charge to maintain a high-class service atmosphere.
• Ensure guests’ safety on boats.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation on boats at all times.
• Update the boat opening/closing checklist daily.
• Inform MOD immediately about any technical issues with the boat.
• Always ensure the availability of fuel on the boat (if the engine is powered by fuel).
• Ensure that the engine has enough battery to last the day.
• Ensure that the speaker has enough battery to last the day.
• Maintain the music on the boat as per SEP.
• Can work outdoors.
• Knows how to swim.
