A leading Company in the Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Sr Technician (Air Conditioning) with knowledge of MEP & Civil works too
Job Responsibilities:
Should be able to perform routine and PPM tasks and ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.
With a minimum supervision, he should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, then perform the appropriate HVAC system repairs.
Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
Performing replacement of compressors, energy-efficiency upgrades, like installing smart thermostats. Should be able to prepare estimates in a short time.
Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls Knowledge of the fundamentals of how residential air conditioning equipment operate and function and being able to repair the compressors would be an added advantage. Skills and knowledge in other areas like MEP & Civil would be preferable.
Ability to mentor and train less-experienced team members
Solid communication and excellent customer service skills
Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and work plans
2. Possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Preferred minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
