We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Operations Manager (Male) to join our team and help us elevate our operations & sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bakery management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Offered – BD 300 – 400.
