Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting and delivering packages and goods to customers in a timely and safe manner. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled carefully.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules, optimizing for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts and logs.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip for safety and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in training new drivers when needed.
Qualifications: Looking Driver Bahrain
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is a plus.
Working Conditions: Looking Driver Bahrain
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
