We from Al moayyed International Group looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our Neom Operations

Roles & Responsibilities not limited too.

1. Preventive Maintenance

Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and systems.

2. Troubleshooting and Repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.

Perform repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.

3. Safety Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.

Conduct safety audits and risk assessments based on NFPA codes & Standards

4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance needs.

5. Collaboration

Work closely with other engineering and technical staff to coordinate maintenance efforts.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers for parts and service requirements.

6. Inventory Management

Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs.

Coordinate the procurement of necessary materials and tools.

7. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Implement best practices for maintenance procedures.

8. Training and Supervision

Train junior maintenance staff and technicians on proper maintenance techniques.

Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

9. Project Management

Plan and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Evaluate and manage project risks.

10. System Upgrades and Installations

Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Assist in upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Technical expertise in relevant engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Familiarity with Fire Protection & ELV systems is a must
