Required Male Accountant Cum Admin (Indian National Only)
Location : Bahrain
Description:
Required Male Accountant cum admin for a Reputed Garage for Cars Mechanical & Denting/painting jobs.
Requirements:
Must be an Indian national male candidate only.
Must have 4-5 years of experience in the same field, same industry in Bahrain.
Local transfer only.
Good communication skills through knowledge of accounts/admin experience in erp software,
Knowledge of VAT filing and regulation of VAT.
Responsibilities:
Should be responsible for all workshop transactions such as daily sales, purchase, cash , bank , petty cash etc.
Handling phone calls, emails and staff.
making job cards for vehicles. Receiving cash from customers & making the bill.
Prepare the Payments for spare parts/material suppliers by the cheque.
Daily posting of payment, journal entries.
Prepare the staff salaries with o.t calculation to process through the bank.
Bank Reconciliation.
VAT Return filing
Etc.
