Responsibilities:

• 1. Provide technical support to staff and clients on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• 2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• 3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• 4. Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• 5. Provide training and support to staff on new IT systems and applications.
• 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• *High school diploma or equivalent.
• *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• *CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ certifications are preferred.
• *2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• *Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• *Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
