Required Accountant For IT Showroom
Required an Accountant (kerala) with experience and knowledge of full accounting works and able to join immediately.
Job Description for the Position:
- – Must have knowledge of accounting works
- – Must have knowledge in Accounting Software (Tally ERP)
- – Preferred to have experience in Administrative works
1 Preparing and posting all necessary entries – Invoices, Purchases entries, JVs, Payment entries etc.,
2 Preparing Payroll
3 Timely passing of all the entries in the books of accounts
4 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
5 Assist in preparing all necessary reports for Audit, VAT, ESR etc.
6 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
7 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
8 Secures financial information by completing database backups.
9 Reconciliation of Banks, Customers & Suppliers’ account
10 Ensure to prepare and pay all statutory dues on time – VAT, GOSI, LMRA, Visa, EWA, CR Renewal etc.,
