- Position: Demi-Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Location: Seef Area
- Reports to: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
- Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking and Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Station Management: Take ownership of a specific section in the kitchen during service.
- Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of dishes are maintained and that all food is presented as per the set standards.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef as needed.
- Stock Management: Assist with inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and rotated.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in line with food safety regulations.
