Responsibilities:
- • Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, and shelf stockers.
- • Managing finances and budget preparation.
- • Recording expenditure, sales, and employee performance.
- • Evaluating stock supply and availability.
- • Implementing measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- • Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays, and store appearance.
- • Investigating market trends and offering appealing products.
Requirements:
- • Demonstrable retail store supervisor experience.
- • Extensive experience with budget preparation and financial reports.
- • Knowledge of product and consumer trends and marketing strategies.
- • Excellent interpersonal skills.
- • Competency in retail management software.
