• • Recording expenditure, sales, and employee performance.
• • Evaluating stock supply and availability.
• • Implementing measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• • Monitoring shelve stocks, product displays, and store appearance.
• • Investigating market trends and offering appealing products.

Requirements:

• • Demonstrable retail store supervisor experience.
• • Extensive experience with budget preparation and financial reports.
• • Knowledge of product and consumer trends and marketing strategies.
• • Excellent interpersonal skills.
• • Competency in retail management software.
