Accountant Job-In Bahrain

• Experience in real estate / construction is definitely advantage
• Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in intercompany accounting knowledge
• Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
• Prepare and review monthly budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Oversees daily operations of the finance department and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Filing of VAT on monthly / quarterly basis
• Strong organizational and stress management skills
• Preparation of monthly & yearly balance sheet and working closely with auditors till finalization.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
• Entering accounting data on daily basis into accounting software, filing and other accounting and administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned by the management

• The ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent English communication in both written and verbal English
• An Accounting Degree is must for this position
• Hands on experience in MS office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Working knowledge in statutory / internal Audit, VAT filing & preparation of yearly balance sheet
• Experience in Real Estate and construction field is definitely asset
• Working experience in Tally ERP definitely asset
