  • * Have knowledge of the GDS system and handling the system.
  • * Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
  • * Assist clients in selecting flights, seating and special accommodations.
  • * Answer customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing and availability
  • * Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • * Ensure accuracy of bookings and other related paperwork
