- * Have knowledge of the GDS system and handling the system.
- * Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
- * Assist clients in selecting flights, seating and special accommodations.
- * Answer customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing and availability
- * Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- * Ensure accuracy of bookings and other related paperwork
