Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie with a flair for Continental Cuisine? We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic catering team.
- Position: Chef de Partie-Continental Cuisine
- Location: Muharraq
- Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- • Prepare and cook dishes according to continental culinary traditions.
- • Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- • Ensure consistency in quality and portion control.
- • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in continental cuisine.
- • Strong knowledge of classic continental dishes and techniques.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- • A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
