Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cost Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Cost Accountant, specifically in the ready-mix, blocks, and precast production industries. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing production costs and recommending cost-saving measures
- Preparing detailed cost reports and financial statements
- Monitoring and controlling production expenses
- Assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Conducting cost audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborating with production and management teams to optimize cost efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Cost Accountant in the ready-mix, blocks, and precast production industries
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in cost accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
