Culinary Chef Job in Bahrain (Minimum 3-4 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Chef to join our Chain of Restaurants and Catering Services.
Job Description:
As a Culinary Chef, you will:
- Specialize in creating and executing culinary dishes that delight the senses.
- Determine the presentation of dishes and create decorative food displays.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes based on seasonal menus and client preferences.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety guidelines.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Culinary Chef in restaurants or catering services.
- Proven expertise in creating and presenting culinary masterpieces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
