We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fast Food General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bahrain. The Restaurant General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining high-quality products and services, and fostering a positive customer experience. Core Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
2. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction through effective leadership and operational excellence.
3. Control day-to-day operations, including scheduling manpower, ordering supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
4. Manage profit and loss by implementing cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, and reviewing financial reports.
5. Conduct interviews, hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, and provide training and motivation.
6. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
7. Ensure food quality and uphold 100% customer satisfaction.
8. Execute corporate and local marketing programs effectively and in a timely manner.
9. Create a safe working and customer experience environment by promoting safe work behaviors.
10. Champion recognition and motivation efforts among the team.
