Key Responsibilities:
- • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems (Addressable and conventional) in commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- • Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire suppression systems.
- • Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems to ensure full functionality and compliance.
- • Inspect, service, and maintain fire fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hoses, sprinklers, and hydrants.
- • Ensure all fire systems and equipment comply with local fire codes and regulations.
- • Respond promptly to service calls for troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance of both fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment 24/7.
- • Keep detailed, accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for both fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.
- • Educate clients on the proper use of firefighting equipment and fire alarm systems.
- • Write comprehensive reports documenting inspections, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
