Foreman Electrical & Plumbing Job In Bahrain
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman with expertise in both electrical and plumbing systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Foreman will manage a team of skilled tradespeople, perform inspections, and troubleshoot issues related to electrical and plumbing installations.
Key Responsibilities: Foreman Electrical & Plumbing Job In Bahrain
Supervise and lead a team on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and plumbing networks.
Ensure work is performed according to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Perform site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
Resolve technical issues on-site and provide hands-on guidance when needed.
Maintain inventory of materials and tools needed for the project.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical and plumbing fields.
In-depth knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, installations, and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and plumbing issues.
OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training or certifications in electrical and plumbing is a plus.
