Responsibility: Helper Needed For Kitchen Duct/HVAC Services
- 1) Disassembly, cleaning, and degreasing hoods, including hood filter tracts, grease troughs
- 2) Removable grease cups
- 3) Removal of roof and/or wall mounted fans from ductwork to degrease the base, shroud, and blades 4) Inspecting exhaust fans for loose or worn-out fan belts.
- 5) Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- 6) Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
Needs to be disciplined, punctual, flexible to work at all times & any day.
