1. HVAC Design Engineers (2 positions)
Experience: 2-3 years
Requirements:
- • Proficient in HAP load calculation and drafting.
- • Knowledge of duct sizing, chilled water piping, and ventilation system design.
- • Familiar with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other industry standards.
- • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, and other design software.
- • Ability to prepare technical drawings and coordinate with the project team.
2. HVAC Sales Engineer (1 position)
Experience: 2-3 years
Requirements:
- • In-depth knowledge of various types of AC units, including VRF systems.
- • Ability to generate and follow up on leads, and develop customer relationships.
- • Competence in preparing accurate quotations and technical proposals.
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- • Knowledge of market trends and ability to suggest cost-effective solutions.
3. HVAC Maintenance Supervisor (1 position)
Experience: 6-7 years
Requirements:
- • Expertise in troubleshooting and repair of DX and VRF systems.
- • Ability to lead, train, and supervise maintenance teams.
- • Capable of planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance.
- • Strong diagnostic skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- • Familiar with health and safety standards and procedures in HVAC maintenance.
