We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician Cum Driver to join our team, specializing in domestic air conditioner after-sales service.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Job Vacancy HVAC Technician Cum Driver in Bahrain
- Installation and Service:
- Execute installation, re-fixing, PM service, and repair on customer products either in-house or at the company’s service center/depot.
- Experience in modifications/retrofits of equipment to existing systems.
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting via phone with customers when required.
- Corrective Maintenance:
- Perform emergency corrective maintenance in the field.
- Handle various products, probing & work-related equipment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge in troubleshooting HVAC, Split & RAC, tools, and peripheral equipment.
- Service Targets:
- Achieve a goal of resolving 90% of calls within 48 hours.
- Maintain re-job/callback rate of less than 3%.
- Financial Objectives:
- Ensure timely execution and real-time updates in TAB.
- Handle issuing quotes, cash receipts, delivery notes, invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Monitor expenditures and provide technical support to all customers, distributors, dealers, and hypermarkets.
- Quality Reporting:
- Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor and follow through on corrective actions.
- Paperwork and Documentation:
- Complete all paperwork accurately and timely, including job card filings and signatures.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
- Professional Development:
- Attend educational workshops and training sessions.
- Request and enroll in both in-house and on-site training for theoretical and hands-on skills improvement.
- Product Solutions:
- Develop product solutions by studying information needs and technical catalogs, conferring with customers, and investigating problem areas.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Follow policies and procedures for vehicle maintenance and complete proper documentation.
- Data Collection:
- Collect data, take pictures, and record information in TAB for further analysis and summarizing development and service issues.
- Logistics:
- Load and unload vehicles with equipment from customer locations to the service depot.
- Ensure safe keeping of company and customer property.
- Drive safely to and from service depot/service office to customer locations and field calls within the country.
