Location: Manama, Bahrain
Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking an HR Executive to support our HR department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company by assisting with various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage tasks related to LMRA, SIO, and Tamkeen.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Process employee requests regarding HR issues, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping activities.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
