Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field and possess a strong skill set in interpreting customer needs, supervising work progress, and managing design projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and translate customer needs and preferences into rough plans and design concepts.
- Supervise and manage the progress of design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Demonstrate expertise in layout, color schemes, lighting, material selection, custom furniture design, and installation techniques.
- Proficiently use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create detailed design plans and presentations.
- Undertake design projects from initial concept development to final execution.
- Possess project management skills to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the design process.
