Joinery Supervisor Job in Manama, Bahrain

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Supervisor with exceptional skills to oversee our carpentry division in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a reputed furniture manufacturing company, specifically in joinery and fit-out.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in joinery and fit-out.
- Ability to read and understand Joinery Shop Drawings.
- Advanced knowledge of joinery terminology.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, assign, supervise, and report on carpentry works at the site.
- Interpret instructions, plans, and drawings to carpenters effectively.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of carpentry works.
- Coordinate production activities with site installation requirements.
- Perform site surveys and take accurate measurements for production adjustments.
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
Additional Requirements:
- Capable of managing a team of 40+ employees.
- Responsible for site measurements, fixings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate effectively with the factory to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily work-in-progress reports for management review.
