Description:
We are currently seeking individuals to fill the following positions:
- Office Admin:
- Responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks within the office.
- Duties may include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing office operations.
- Documents Controller:
- Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.
Requirements: Job Vacancies Office Admin and Documents Controller in Bahrain
- Office Admin:
- Preferably a female candidate.
- Experience in office administration is preferred.
- Documents Controller:
- Experience in document control is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic and hard copy document management systems.
Company Details:
- Company: Documents clearing and customs clearance.
- Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
- Nationality: Indian only
