Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in the advertisement field to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising production processes, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of overseeing successful campaigns from concept to completion. This role will report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of advertising projects.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant work experience is required
- Experience: Minimum of2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the advertising industry, with a strong understanding of advertising production processes and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in production management , familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and knowledge of digital and traditional media production techniques.
- Leadership Abilities: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
