RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment or HR coordination experience, strong communication skills, and must be currently available in Bahrain for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Post job advertisements on job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and assist with onboarding documentation.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
Experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or recruitment systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
