About the Role
This full-time, on-site opportunity is for a Certified Pilates Instructor. In this role, you will conduct private one-on-one Pilates sessions and group reformer classes, develop personalized fitness and rehabilitation plans, provide top-notch customer service, and teach clients proper form and techniques.
Requirements
- * Must possess strong Pilates instruction and teaching skills.
- * Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- * Conduct thorough pre-assessment prior to any classes tailored for each client.
- * Knowledge of the Human Body and experience with all kinds of client ages.
- * Demonstrates and explains the operation and purpose of all equipment prior to client usage and during group sessions.
- * Ensure the environment is maintained in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- * Supporting the clients with their needs by managing client bookings, class registration, class cancellation, and using a software scheduling tool.
- * Managing the pilates studio from an administrative perspective.
Qualifications: Required Pilates Instructor (Reformer + Mat) In Bahrain
- * Formal certifications in Pilates teaching (mat, reformers, etc.)
- * Knowledge in physical therapy
- * Prior experience in teaching group pilates classes and conducting private sessions
- * Fluent in English
- * Plus: experience in rehabilitation services and speaking in Arabic
