Description:

We are looking an experienced Manager for our cafe

Responsibilities

• -Bring better service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• -Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evaluations
• -Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• -Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• -Organize and supervise shifts
• -Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• -Maintain high standards of food quality, Hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• -Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations

Experience /Requirements: Restaurant Manager Job In Bahrain

• -At least 4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• -Strong leadership and management skills
• -Ability to create and execute menu plans
• -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• -Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• – Valid Driving License
