JOB DESCRIPTION

Will be in-charge of generating sales for the local market mainly with air terminal products like: Grilles,

Registers, Linear Diffusers, Ceiling Diffusers, Sand Trap Louvers, Fresh Air Louvers, Non Return Dampers, Fire Dampers, Attenuators, Volume Control dampers and other Air Terminal Devices

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Engineer / Coordinator Job In Bahrain

Significant Points

• 1. Should be familiar with the Air Distribution products like GI & PI Ducts, and related accessories,
• Fire damper, Grills and diffusers, VAV, VCD, Flexible duct and accessories etc.
• 2. A proven track record in specification sales with M&E consultants
• 3. Must be a technical solution sales person with a consultative approach
• 4. Must be focussed on long term client relationships
• 5. Comfortable with building regulations, construction drawings and the design of indoor climate and ventilation systems
• 6. Ability to self manage, comfortable with using a CRM system

Experience :

• Ideal candidate for the role is someone with 5 plus years of experience of which 3 should be in
• sales and execution for air terminals or air distribution products mainly for manufacturing companies.
• Preferred experience with conceptual as well as detailed HVAC estimating, project engineering, site
• installation of ductworks and field supervision. Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems,
• market conditions and trade practices. Conceptual ability to work with minimum information. Excellent oral and written
• You should have a valid driving license and should have local market experience in the GCC. Excellent
• interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.

Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.

Top Skills

• ● Excellent oral and written skills required.
• ● Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• ● A background of construction safety, OSHAS etc

Knowledge

• ● Excellent understanding of Engineering fundamentals
• ● Full knowledge and understanding of SMACNA, DW144, DW172, DW154, DW143 standards
• ● Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices
