Key areas
- Business development
- Regular visit to the architect, builder, Contractor for the develop rapport and maintain good relation as well.
- Achieving sales target.
- Preparing weekly reports in line with the annual business plan.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Handle project sales.
Job requirement:
- Should be experienced in building material industry and project sales and channel sales.
- Developing business via dealers, architects, distributors, retail channels
- Visiting ongoing sites and understanding the requirements.
- looking after contractor, architect, Interior designer and retails segment(dealer)
- Doing project sales, like meeting with architects, builders, contractors, retail partners etc.
- Give them presentations about company profile and products, generate enquiries, provide samples for approval, give quotation and project price, supply material, give after sales service and maintain relationships with old and new clients.
Age Limit : 30-35
