Sales Manager – Cleaning Services
Location : Manama, Bahrain
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our cleaning services company in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new cleaning contracts with companies and organizations on a monthly basis.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure contract renewals and high client satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of contracted services.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the cleaning services industry, specifically handling large contracts and corporate clients.
Proven track record in successfully acquiring new contracts regularly.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Must be an Indian national from Kerala with knowledge of Malayalam.
Currently based in Bahrain with prior work experience in Bahrain is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Competitive salary (determined after interview based on experience and qualifications).
6 working days per week.
