Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Resolve any technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and costs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the Middle East.
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Bahrain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Bahraini driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
